Chakra Clearing Meditation

What exactly are the chakras and how do they affect me?

Chakras are not physical structures but rather areas where energy gathers and flows. They are believed to influence our physical health, emotions, and spiritual state.

When a chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical or emotional symptoms.

Number and Location:

The seven main chakras are arranged vertically along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head.

Meaning and Function:

Each chakra is associated with specific organs, emotions, and aspects of life. For example, the root chakra (Muladhara) at the base of the spine is linked to grounding and security, while the crown chakra (Sahasrara) at the top of the head is associated with spirituality and connection to the divine.

Balancing Chakras:

Practices like yoga, meditation, and mindful breathing are used to balance and align the chakras, promoting overall well-being.

Blocked Chakras:
When a chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical or emotional symptoms.

Who am I to teach this?

There is a saying in the Huna tradition that shapes how I see the world and how I help others. Huna, which I have been studying for over 20 years, is a Polynesian approach to energy work and offers tools that I use personally in every day life.

It states:

“Think not all wisdom is in your school.”

This motif has shaped my approach to working with people in a way that, of course helps them in the short term, yet gives them the tools and practices to continue their journey. I am but a gentle guide to help you along your path. Yes, I have a long list of Western credentials and formal degress, yet what seperates me is I pull from multiple modalities and schools of thought and practices. Merging the Eastern, Hawaiian, and Western approaches to healing, to create something truly unique.

This is not a “canned” meditation. I have personally infused it with Mana (energy) and combined the most effective aspects of all types of teachings, to provide the most impactful results and growth. It is meant as a complimentary practice to my other offerings that you can find on this site, however, you can use it as a standalone practice and achieve noticeable results. You will hear chanting in Hawaiian, and will feel energy come through as you navigate your way through this meditation.

Please relax, open and enjoy and I look forward to hearing your successes and breakthroughs while walking this path alonside you. We do not say “goodbye” in the Hawaiian tradition, instead we express gratitude and “SEE” the other person. With that in mind, I will leave you with a heartfelt:

“Mahalo!”
