Yes, the acronym means exactly what you think it does. In my many years of travels with humans, I have realized that the entirety of our culture has been squarely focused on information. We are trained rigorously in critical and creative thinking, in managing our emotions and many, many layers of navigating information. I always think about what my mom, who was born in 1913, would do with all this today?
This course arose out of a request by students who were noticing that on their spiritual path, they were becoming way more psychic and intuitive. The questions had more to do with how to handle these newfound skills and aptitudes. The first course was born in June of 2020, at the dawn of COVID, and was simply called “Psychic Development.”
Dozens of eager students learned the art and application of synthesizing what they already knew consciously, with new, more cutting-edge practices to either enhance their intuitive abilities, or in some cases, create healthy gateways to minimize the influx of messages and energies. As one student so adeptly put it: “It seems that all roads lead to shutting the F*** Up!”

STFU! Coaching
For those students who want more practical application and nearly weekly attention to their spiritual path, we offer this coaching program. As you can see, there have been five previous groups who have gone through this rigorous, six-month program. All have said the program was life-altering and that they learned so much more about themselves and the application of psychic and intuitive tools in their work and personal lives.
This course is for those who want to master their intuitive abilities and create mechanisms to either open themselves up to more messages from guides and the universe, or in some cases learn how to modulate the aperture to protect oneself. The STFU! two day course (formerly known as Psychic Development) workshops, or the recording are a pre-requisite to join this Coaching cohort.

What are the Program Components?
Coaching Sessions: We meet as a group twice per month for ninety minutes at a time over Zoom. You will receive personalized attention, psychic readings, guidance and an opportunity to deeply dive into the various tools and techniques to aid you on your path to spiritual awareness. Coaching sessions includes readings, videos and journaling, dream interpretation and meditation. You will also receive a foundational daily practice and the opportunity to create a Life Purpose Statement. Total time commitment is between 6-10 hours per month.
Peer Coaching: You’ll be assigned a peer coach to meet with and continue developing your abilities outside of the coaching sessions. You will meet with your Peer Coach twice a month to practice what you are learning.
Free Monthly Ho’o Ku’u Access: During the duration of the Psychic Development Coaching Program, you’ll also get access to our Monthly Ho’o Ku’u Release program for clearing your negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Many have reported this component was a game-changer for them in integrating the learnings and changing maladaptive behavior.
Additional Content & Trainings: We’ll have additional content and trainings recorded outside of the coaching sessions, to continue to accelerate your development. Often, handouts, recording, resources will be provided during and after each meeting.
Facebook Group: We’ll use a Facebook group for individual check-ins, to ask any questions you may have, and for everyone to share their insights, challenges, growth, and journey through the program.
Time wise, including homework – it’s about 3-4 hours per week. But 3-4 hours that make a profound difference.
It’s challenge by choice. So not a lot of time at all – you’ll get out what you put in.
